WHAT TO WATCH: U.S. nonfarm payrolls probably rose by 185,000 workers in┬áJuly afer a 195,000 gain in June, according to forecasts, 8:30 a.m. U.S. jobless rate┬ámay fall to 7.5 percent in July, matching a four-year low, according to forecasts, 8:30 a.m. Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis President James Bullard will speak at the 2013 Municipal Finance Conference, 12:15 p.m. Britain’s GDP will expand 1.2 percent this year and 1.8 percent in 2014, faster than previously forecast, said Niesr.
